We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location in the city centre was incredibly convenient, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions like the Lars Lerin-museet and the train station. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, with everyone being friendly, professional, and always ready to assist us. The hotel's restaurant was top-notch, and the breakfast they served was truly the best we've had in years. The variety of options was impressive, and the taste was absolutely delicious. Plus, the cleanliness of this place was impeccable.

The standard twin room suited us: it had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a sitting area and a writing desk. The hotel is situated in the central location.

The breakfast here was fabulous - the best we had our whole trip! Lovely staff - comfortable room - nice part of town. As a one night stop over it was great!

The location close to the center made exploring this city an easy feat. The staff was friendly and professional, making us feel welcome during our stay.

Located in the heart of the city, the hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the train station and the vibrant downtown area. Surrounded by an array of shops and restaurants, the location is perfect for exploring the city's sights and sounds. the spacious room is comfortable and well-furnished with all essential amenities.

The hotel lacks proper hygiene measures, which results in unclean bathrooms, towels, and bedsheets.

Spending Christmas at this hotel was memorable! the rooms were spacious and well-kept, allowing us to relax and enjoy the festivities. the staff were charming and brilliant, especially when it came to accommodating our needs. the breakfast spread was exceptional, fulfilling our hunger and preparing us for a busy day ahead. the hotel's location was great, with easy access to nearby attractions. We appreciated the warmth and cozy environment, making it feel like a home away from home.

Sadly, the charging stations for e-cars were limited and disappointing, making it difficult for us to easily charge our vehicle. the lack of information regarding the process was frustrating, as we had to spend extra time figuring out how to charge the car.

The location of the hotel was perfect, within a short walk of the city center and all its attractions. We also appreciated the clean and tidy appearance of the room, which provided a comfortable and relaxing space to unwind in.

Unfortunately there was no kettle in the room, which made it difficult to enjoy a warm drink during the colder months. there was some noise from the street outside during the evenings, which detracted slightly from a peaceful night's sleep.

I stayed in a spacious family room at Scandic Karlstad City and was pleased with the efficient air conditioning, especially after a hot day exploring. The room felt very welcoming and the location was excellent, with shops just a short walk away. The breakfast in the family room was a little hard to spot, but overall, the service was fantastic. The staff were warm, kind, and extremely helpful. The lobby was large and well-lit, offering comfortable seating options. I also appreciated the clear fire exit information and the clean, comfortable, and spacious accommodations. The wall art added a lovely touch to the overall ambiance. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.
